Villa Joy an exclusive 5 bedroom villa just outside the town of Chania.

Experience it yourself in Chania, minutes from the heart of town or the golden sand beaches of the West coast. At the top of a hill, the villa is built in five semi levels spearing no luxury. On the outside, the crystal private pool is surrounded by a lush garden looking out to the view of the town and sea. Located just outside the historic town of Chania in Crete.

The core
Light and views of blue enter through the central light dome of the villa and the floor to ceiling windows.  The living and dining areas combine simplicity and sumptuousness.  Enjoy a meal by a hired chef or create your own masterpiece in the fully equipped Italian design kitchen, using fresh local products of the highest quality that we can bring to your doorstep.

The 5 bedrooms
The bedrooms have absolute privacy from each other due to the intricate plan of the villa:

• Master 1. The joy of sensuousness.  King size bed, jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, stereo system and spectacular view through grand window.
• Master 2. The joy of freedom.  On the highest level of the villa.  Queen size bed,  bathroom with shower, sitting area in half bay window. Opens out to a large terrace that boasts the most breathtaking view.
• Bedrooms 3 and 4 have 2 twin beds/1 king and a queen size bed respectively.  They share a full bathroom.
• Guest Suite. An additional 5th bedroom is part of an adjoining suite to the back of the villa, that has its own kitchenette and bathroom.

The exterior
A series of tended terraces lead up the hilly landscape to the house and pool.  The large pool is exclusive to Villa Joy dwellers’ pleasure.  It is divided into two sections - a circular shallower jacuzzi whose water cascades into the larger almond shaped deeper section.  The poolside and garden offer spots both of cool shade and radiant light, as well as privacy and infinite view.
