Artemis, 3 bedroom villa with pool (101, m2)

Located on top of the complex for maximum privacy, 250 m from the blue-flag awarded sandy beach, Artemis enjoys a fabulous view of the area with surrounding hills with wild vegetation and the bay (side sea view). Artemis has a very spacious terrace (140 m2), stone flagged, with a sitting area, a large shaded eating corner, a swing, and a private pool 8m×4m with parasol and sun lounges. Portable barbecues are provided upon request.

A spacious and bright living room (37 m2), combines the sitting area, with the eating area and the well equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge, 28” LCD satellite TV, home cinema, a fireplace and stunning vistas coming from three large windows, make this room extremely pleasant and comfortable.

Artemis has three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them en suite. All bathrooms are tiled with white marble. Master bathroom is with a bathtub, the rest with a shower.

The villa is well insulated and fully air – conditioned. Its orientation (south and west) secures the maximum sunshine, extremely pleasant at the beginning and the end of the season.

Villa Marianna, 3 bedroom villa with pool, (96 m2) + extra studio

This fabulous villa, just 100 m from the blue-flag awarded sandy beach, enjoys a stunning bay view from its two extremely spacious stone flagged terraces (160 m2).

The main terrace has the private pool (8X4 m2) and shaded areas designed to offer privacy, but also for dining alfresco at the marble top table, or unwinding on the romantic swing. Barbecues are provided upon request.The second terrace is attached to one of the bedrooms and offers an ideal place for romantic isolation, in a green environment.

Located second from below of the complex, 250 m from the blue-flag awarded sandy beach, this extremely spacious villa (130 m2) enjoys an easy access and a fabulous view of the area with surrounding hills with wild vegetation. Niovi has a very stone flagged terrace, with a shaded eating corner, a swing, and a private pool with parasol and sun lounges. Portable barbecues are provided upon request.

Villa Tower, 3 bedroom villa with pool and (104m2)

Villa Tower has three comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom is the reason why the villa is named "tower" as it is the top room of the maisonette. A wooden staircase leads to the master bedroom which has antique furniture providing a home atmosphere. The bedroom has marble floors and a wooden ceiling giving a unique warmth. This area has a dressing room, an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a private terrace for romantic isolation viewing the bay and the green surroundings.

The other two bedrooms, which both are on the main floor, one of them has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and the other has a bathroom equipped with a shower. All bathrooms are tiled with pink marble.

The main terrace, which offers its guests much needed privacy, has aprivate pool, approximately 8 x 4 s.m., a sunbathing area,with shaded areas designed to offer privacy, a parasol and sun lounges.
