Located lowest of the Istron Bay complex, close to the reception, 250 m from the blue-flag awarded sandy beach, Alkistis enjoys a fabulous view of the area with surrounding hills with wild vegetation. Alkistis has an extremely spacious terrace (over 150 m2), with lots of green, stone flagged, with a shaded eating corner, a swing, and a private pool 8m×4m with parasol and sun lounges. Portable barbecues are provided upon request.

The living room (37 m2), is a cosy room that combines the sitting area, with the eating area and the well equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge, 28” LCD satellite TV, home cinema.

The villa has a very comfortable bedroom (accommodates 3 people) with a large bathroom en suite, tiled with white marble. The bathroom is with a bathtub.

The villa is well insulated and fully air – conditioned. Its orientation (south and west) secures the maximum sunshine, extremely pleasant at the beginning and the end of the season.
