Elounda View Luxury Designer Suites
Elounda View offers 7 one bedroom & one two-bedroom Designer Suites on the sloping hillside with views to the Mirabello Golf, Elounda. From 2008 some suites will have private pool. The suites is situated on their own as separat units/villas. The complex is on 7500 m2 private land with well kept mature gardens and share a large uniquely designed pool.

The villa suites
There are seven 60 m2 suites in 2 stories, the entrance is to the first floor where you find a cozy open plan living room with 2 sofa beds and fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/ freezer & dishwasher. A large balcony opens to the view of the sea and coastline. The first floor also has a cloakroom/WC. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom and bathroom with tub.
The eighth suite is 101 m2 with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor as well as a very spacious and generous open plan living room, dining area and kitchen with bar on the first floor.
The bedrooms opens into a veranda and the private garden which vary in size from 80 to 500 m2.
All Suites have vaulted roofs, which gives a sense of extra space when viewed from below, and are painted in sky blue. The floors are made of an ivory and blue mosaic to match the color of the roof. All the suites have built-in air conditioning (hot/cold), double-glazing. The suites built on a plot of 7500 m2 land.

The design
The architecture of the houses and suites is a combination of traditional features coupled with a modern approach.
Garden and pool
The suites built in groups of three and are built on different levels of the hillside to guarantee spectacular views on the gulf of Elounda, private gardens, parking space and easy access from the private road inside the plot. There is also a very beautifully designed swimming pool with a fantastic view to the sea ann bay.
Three different parking areas for each different level.
The landscaped gardens are full of typical Mediterranean trees and flowers and are properly looked after by a professional gardener. White marble is used in all outside walkway and pavements.
